Assunta’s Update on Peterborough’s Lockdown 3rd September 2020

Assunta and Amanda had another walk about in Peterborough in September.

We found out that lots of places that we go to for help and information are still closed.

But you can get help if you phone them or go online.

What is now open?

Cross Keys Homes Customer Service Centre is now open.

It is on Bridge Street in Peterborough City Centre.

The Disability Access Toilets in Saint Peter’s Car Park are open in shopping hours.

You will need to ask the Warden in the Welcome Centre for the key.

Network Team

The Network Team has not been able to meet at City College because of the COVID-19 Virus.

We have been talking on the phone, text message and whatsapp message.

In the summer,  Enzo was able to host socially distanced meetings one to one to share his ideas that are important to people with Learning Disability and Autism.

Enzo found time to do a bit of cake baking and sunbathing at the same time.

We keep listening to the latest Government advice to find out when we will all be allowed to meet face to face again.
