Make a Referral

You can make a request for our help yourself or someone can do this for you with your permission. In order for us to help you or help a person you know they must:

• Live in Peterborough,
• be aged 18 years old or older and
• Have a Learning Disability and/or Autism

We have 2 different options to make a referral which are:

• A professional, friend or family member can make a referral for you online. This is called a Third Party Referral and can be completed by clicking here.
